.iso and .vobs keep player on top at stop (1 Viewer)

after further investigation and expanding some iso files.
whenever i select a movie that has a VIDEO TS or iso that requires mounting, the default windows player will NOT close/minimize whatever after i hit stop.

all .avi, mkv etc files work perfectly.

any ideas of what setting i may not have correct????

so after much f ing around with this.
if i hit stop - stop - back - back - and the mediacenter button on my remote i will be back in MP with no black screen stuck in the middle of the MP screen. if i minimize MP, WMP is still open on the desktop.

i cant figure out why MP never closes when playing .vob or .iso mounts, so I guess i will continue on with this workaround until someone can offer some advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

at least it now works...i guess.

Do you mean that you play the video in Mediaportal but it is also opening windows media player as well? If so this is not a MP issue but a windows issue and you need to disable autoplay.

yes, it opens mwp and plays the files fine. i assume mediaportal uses wmp to playback all media. it just doesnt close the player when its done. not really a problem with my stop stop back back media player button work around until the issue is addressed...

I get the same 'blank screen' when I stop a VIDEO_TS dvd. I'm forced to quit/restart MP. WMP doesn't open to play the DVD. I tried stop,stop,back,back,media center button with no luck. RC4
