    Hello!

I have a problem with playing dvds contained into a .iso file.
When I select it it says that it is loading. DeamonTool is mounting it but it is not started.
However if I navigate to the top location in MyVideos area I can se my shares as well as my dvd-drives.
The iso file is mounted and if I click on it here it plays as expected.
I do only use the internal player and if you look in the logfiles nothing special is found except that Deamontool is mounting the file.

    What is wrong?
No codec error as I can play the file from the topmost location of MyVideos.

    /Erik

In mine a box comes up where i have to press yes and another one where i have to pres yes again. Then it starts. You might not see it if you set MP to be "always on top"

Besides what is mentioned above you should disable "Secure mode" in deamon tools

I have disabled secure mode and i do not have MP always on top but it does not work. It looks like the second step after mounting the iso, ie start playing with the internal player, does not execute.

It must have something to do with the internal player. If I define an external player like PowerDvd then the iso file plays automaticaly

I did find the answer to my problem by myself.
    It was a configuration error.
I had configured MediaPortal - DeamonTool to mount to drive E:
But I had configured DeamonTool to mount to drive F:

When configuring both to the same drive everything works fine.
