    Hey all,

I have tried all types of codecs for my mepo box(all codecs are latest editions from homepages) SAF, MPC and ffdshow basically the media plays fine but there is a massive delay from when selecting media to when it starts around 2 minutes. Once the media is started it's fine just as said massive delay to start.

I've went back to stock LAV with the same result any one had some occurrence? Posting in the codec are as before i rebuilt these machines they where fine with just MPC codec now not so.

Issue is currently occurring for both my machines i have 1x Gigabyte Brix 4770R, Intel NUC I5 both with 16 GB of RAM, Windows 8.1 with latest updates.

Have uploaded logs for anyone to take a look and hopefully help figure it out.. All files are connected to mepo via UNC path and via Ethernet nas's on the other end aren't the problem as they are Synology ds2413+. When playing via MPC or VLC media is fine without the delay.
