Hi I can't get my playlists to work. I had exported m3u files which worked in mediaportal.

I have new storage so had to create new ones in iTunes but mediaportal don't read them.

Paths are ok as both media player and iTunes can play them.

Anyone has an idea?

    Hi

By 'don't read' do you mean won't play them or doesn't see them (which then implies won't play:)

I do see all my playlist when I open de select playlist. When I do open them they are sometimes empty and somethimes it shows 3 songs , 2 pages or 8 pages. But the playlist itselve is more than that.

I dont get it... it is driving me nuts.

I'd take a look at the playlist files themselves, see if they make sense in terms of where files live and content.

Not much to work with, but good luck:)

They are perfect. They work in both Windows Media Player as in iTunes. I look like Mediaportal dont load them, It sometimes does when I create a new one... for example I had one playlist of 46 pages.... after playing it and opening it for the second time it was only 8 pages long. I really dont get it.

Well. I don't play with playlist's often, so sadly you've exhausted my minimal set of ideas - hopefully someone else will now step in to help.

    Sorry:-<

If some m3u songs work and some don't you should open the m3u file in notepad and look for disparity between the songs that appear and the songs that are missing. Could it be a pathing issue?
