Issues with XML skin files (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Is there any changes in the way XML files for the Skins are handled?

I use a little plug-in for my IPTV (working perfectly, on MP 0.22 ... 0.2.3.x; recompiled for every version of course.)
In MP1.RC1 the DLL (plug-in) doesn't fail but there seem to be issues with my XML file. the list read form a folder doesn't get populated. Can anybody tell me what is wrong with my XML file (attached)

using (MediaPortal.Profile.Settings xmlreader = new MediaPortal.Profile.Settings(Config.GetFile(Config.Dir.Config, "MediaPortal.xml")))

This returns empty:

It seems that "Config.Dir.Config" is not returing the correct Directory of where Media portal is installed.
