Thanks, to you both. I'm just trying it again. The first time i tried, all my channels returned 'NoAudioVideo' when i tried to play- i reinstalled the TV server- everything was OK after my initial scan- just re-scanning.

When you say scan on the ITV HD freq- how do you mean? I've just selected my tuner card, gone to scanning and hit scan again.. is this right?

Thanks =)

woohoo- confirmed working by me as well! top job my friend!

    Working here with my system as shown on the right!

    I am so (so so so) happy that somebody took time to get ITV HD available for us MediaPortal users.

    Can't wait to watch some more Euro 2008 in High Def.

    I'm hoping they'll show it in 2.35:1 but as it's ITV I doubt they will. Channel 4 and BBC HD seem to be the only channels that show films in oar.

    ITV used to do Pan Scan on 4:3. Most people who I meet and have never really thought about it, don't really notice they are watching short fat people or oval wheels and clocks. They do however get really upset at black bits of screen.

    Anyway, I hope they don't cock it up or trim the film to make it fit the timeslot as I've noticed them doing frequently..

    Personally I think BBC and ITV etc. should educate the public on why widescreen is better. Channel 4 have been showing films oar for a while now and I'd be interested to know if they get any complaints about it.
