Jittery video, but no dropped frames? (1 Viewer)

Any video/recorded TV I watch is jittery, but pressing "!" shows that MP isn't dropping frames. I've just upgraded to a more powerful GPU, Intel G45 on a new motherboard, and it doesn't matter which codecs I use, I just can't fix this issue. It seems to be affecting SD and HD

What can be causing this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

More info on system setup would be useful - codecs, TV connection/resolution/refresh rate etc ?

What does the 'jitter' look like ?

Does it happen on other video content e.g. DVDs ?

Is it progressive 24/25 fps content on 48/50hz display buy any change? But indeed, please provide as much information from the media and HW as possible.

It was indeed 24fps at 50Hz. Easily fixed. Thanks tourettes, think I was having a bad day!
