After the Server came back from standby to record It happened again. I tried watching live tv on the client and it just froze. I had to kill MP through the windows task manager. I then tried to watch live tv on the server just to make sure it wasn't a network issue but the same thing happened.
The weird thing is I that if I launch MediaPortal and go straight to Recorded TV (on both client and server) I can play back any recording just fine.

Edit:
I made sure I uninstalled everything. I then let MediaPortal's installer do it's thing.When you installed MP, did you install your own database, use an existing one, or let MP install one for you?
