MediaPortal Version: 1.3.0

Description
Simply when I turn on a Tv or play any video,after few seconds MP just crash. And this is it. It Was working perfectly,nothing was changed and from today,disastaer. Even restore point did't help .

Steps to Reproduce:
When MP start and I turn tv on,tv start to jiggled and after 5-10 seconds MP simply crash. Same is when I play any video.

According to log issue seems related to TV Series & FollwIt.

I'd suggest to disable FollwIt and test again.
If that doesn't work (which is very well possible since logs also show SQL errors), i would make a copy of you TV Series database (which you can find in the 'database' folder when you go to Start -> All Programs -> Team MediaPortal -> user files).
After making the copy, delete the database and open TV Series plugin in MediaPortal configuration to create a new one.
