Hello MP set as startup with windows ( full screen mode )
but when it's starts I'm not able to control until I press ctrl + F4 combination which brings windows shutdown menu front of MP and I cancel shutdown menu than I'm able to control MP
it seems something preventing MP gets active window status to controlled primarly.
I thought it was because of baloon tips ( cause MP check box in the General settings did not disabled the baloon tip and I had to do over registry key ) but now even baloon tips were disable, I'm still having same problem
