[ 1121495 ] Keyboard shortcut extensions for MCE style remote controls

This patch provides an extension for keyboard
shortcuts, which jump directly to certain Media Portal
screens. I wrote this piece of code for mapping the
correct functions to the Media Center Keys of e.g.
Hauppauge Remote Controls (Nova T) and similar. This
remote is a copy of Microsoft's MCE05 remote but
without USB connectivity. Hauppauge's irremote.ini has
to be changed. Draft sample attached.
Most code is taken from Frodo's MCE2005Remote.cs.

I also have some buttons for the different categories on my remote (X10/Medion), but could not use them so far. I think this is a great usability improvement and should definately find it's way into cvs! Thanks for the patch, I'll try that tomorrow!

I'm currently working on a Girder GML for MP based on the MCE remote.
(The build in facility worked, but I needed to use the remote also if MP has no focus.)
While working on this I noticed there are no global shortcut keys to use.
It might be an idea to program something so that in the Configure/Plugins menu, one can assign a key to the plugins of his liking, after which CTRL-key will send the user to that plugin. Remotes can then easily map these keys.
For now however, I'm allready quite happy with this, hope it will make it in a release since I don't think I'll be compiling myself.

That's the second version, I already coded something similar, which would be perfect for you. Works quite perfect for my Hauppauge 45 button remote, but needs some more stuff to make it user-friendly. I'm trying to built an open interface, so that almost all remotes can be supported out of the box or with a tiny plugin, which would be easy to code.
Hope you'll like it, although it did not make it into the CVS yet.
