Hello guys,

Keys and Sounds Settings for Global Actions are not transferred during an update/re-install process of MP.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Global Action Key, give it a name and an action and save it.

2. Close MP and either update it to a higher version or re-install the same one.

Ur custom key is lost during the process.

Since i am using lots of Area 51 builds i use the re-install a lot and setting up custom keys every time is annoying.

I think there are stored in a special file @Stéphane Lenclud can tell more maybe
So the idea is to backup this file and replace after upgrade

The file you are looking for is called keymap.xml. It should be automatically backed up before re-install.
Our key mapping system should be replaced by HID eventually and HID custom configuration does survive re-installation.
