I am trying to use MediaPortal server in a multiseat configuration, using kodi with the MediaPortal tv clients.
in a singleseat configuration on the MediaPortal server it works fine, but when trying to access it from another computer,
the client tries to read a non-existing timeshift file on the remote timeshift share (live4-24 for instance) instead of the files that are in the share.
I can access the share manually using cifs (smb2) and the user configured for the client has full access permissions on the server side.
Can someone help me understand what I am doing wrong? or if possible how to not use the timeshift files at all?
