Kworld PVR-TV 883 Unable to create graph for this device (1 Viewer)

[harqobispal]

I have a Kworld PVR 883 TV. I keep getting the graphing error when i try to run television setup. Can anyone point me in the direction in how to fix this device? I am fairly technically savvy, i just have not seen much that has been directly related to this device. I do know the card has the CX2388xx chipset (or something like that). It can do MPG4 encoding on the card. I have the software that came with the card working perfectly. I have also tried wdmmiscutils2.73 and it works well. Can anyone please help me? I do not want to turn to snapstream. Here is a link to the card on the kworld website.

Thanks for any reply.
