Laggy TV (1 Viewer)

I have recently solved a problem with my Hauppauge WIN-TV NOVA-T 500 MCE - card detection problems.

A new problem has appeared. I have the channel list and guide, but cannot view the channel correctly - i can hear the channel, but the audio is laggy including the picture (which is often a blank screen).

All my drivers are up-to-date and i have a direct x 9 card.

Ive had a look round the forums and have not come across anything that can help.

It's not so bad now. i have a picture but very often i find it lags. so the issue isnt with getting a picture anymore - its with the laggy tv.
