In my case red light on mce receiver was flashing or constantly lit without me using any remotes, so i moved mce receiver as far as i could and covered it with carton (or until you will see there is no red light) and i was able to learn remote codes this way.I am using irss 1.4.2.3664 as newer versions don't have irblast.exe working.</blockquote>
