libavcodec.dll Issue (1 Viewer)

Issue, well I supose you could call it that.


If I try and view certain .avi fles that I've made it crashes MP and Exlporer (and sometimes DrWatson). On looking back throught the log files it looks the the issue is to do with the libavcodec.dll springing up an error (can't remember the exact one as I'm at work). What causes this issue, is it a malformed avi file, a corrupted .dll or even something else.

Is there an easy way of solving this problem?
