List arrows no longer navigate correctly [CVS 5/3/05] (3 Viewers)

This has been a problem on my production MP box and test rig since around 15/2.

While navigating in a list with keyboard if you move right onto the lists arrows for page by page navigation, if you move left to go back to the list it skips the list an instead goes to the lists onLeft control. This is a problem when using dialogs that only display a list because if you navigate to the arrow control and then off it you can not get back to the list.

Can anyone else confirm this issue or is this now by design for some reason. Tested with MCE and Bluetwo skins on both machines.
