Live TV info OSD not displaying number of audio channels

    Have noted that MP does not display the number of audio channels in live ( or recorded ) tv info OSD. In Oz, the DVB-t FTA broadcasters when using AC3 codec user either 2.0 or 5.1 channels.

    There doesn't seem to be any MP config option for this. Anyone have it working ? This is observed in both MP 1.20 and 1.21 Final, and both Windows 10 and 7

    The same info OSD for video media playback does always display the correct number of audio channels.

    shall i raise a bug ? or would be considered a feature request ? At least It seems LAV filter is correctly reporting the number of channels, as below;

    It's not a bug - it's just never been implemented (AFAIK).
