LNB4 switch problem on floppydtv s2 (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a problem with switching away from lnb4 on my floppydtv s2 card. I can switch freely lnb1-3 but as soon as I select a channel on lnb4 (Hotbird 13.0E) then I'm getting stuck there. After, I only can switch channels on Hotbird, every other lnb gives message Signal not found (in TV-server Configuration-manual control). However, when I take a look in Scanning tab of the card then I can see Signal level+quality near 100% and those levels change depending on which channels I select on lnb1-3. Never I have no signal there.

I checked in FireDTV Viewer and I seem to have the same problem there. It must be driver or firmware related I guess.. both are the latest.

Yes, but that's what it fails to do: going to another lnb (BA in this case) because it's stuck on BB.
Anyway, looks to me like it's not mediaportal but driver/firmware problem, because same problem in FireDTV Viewer (see bottom 1st post). I asked DigitalAnywhere support about it. For now I disabled lnb4 in Tv-server setup. This topic can be deleted..

Hrrm, would be good to see the log for a BA -> BB - BA request to make sure we're at least sending the correct info to the driver.

Don't worry about it. On suggestion of DigitalEverywhere I switched lnb's on the switch. I tested with exchanging BA/BB and then switch got stuck on BA(3) instead of (BB)4. So I guess somehow the Hotbird LNB when it's connected to, get's the switches locked. I'm going to replace that LNB.
