log4net error when clicking plugin in MP Config (1 Viewer)

Hi, im getting this error come p when clicking on plugin in the mediaportal configuration

"Failed to locate assembly "log4net, Version=1.2.9.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b32731d11ce58905'.
Note that the configuration program must be executed from/reside in the MediaPortal folder, the execution will now end."

And when I click ok Mediaportal config closes

Any Ideas?

Did you install the CybrDisplay External Status Plugin of 21-APR-2008? When I recall correctly this plugin adds extra .config files for the MediaPortal Application and MediaPortal Configuration Tool which explicitly defines the Log4net.dll to use. I am not sure, but perhaps deleting these .config files can help?

Hey mattsk88 and HenriM, I noticed your problem after I sent my own post in another thread. I have the same problem, where do I find theese config files? And the names please?

When you install CybrDisplay External Status Plugin of 21-APR-2008 make sure that you only tick to install the display plugin and not the matrix GL or whatever the other option is

Yes, but where do I find the config files so I can delete them? And filenames? And why cant I uninstall it?

I've found the config files and deleted them but then I couldnt start Config at all, it crasch! Then I reinstalled it again, the problem is back, can't klick on plugin without crasching config program with the error message above.

How do I do to get to my first point, without this plugin? Please help me someone! I don't want this plugin no more... and I want a working MP.

uninstall mediaportal then delete the folder then install again?
