i can't use 2 settings for Glow and outerglow, set on lightness_treshold. can you do this ?

don't really see the purpose of it. both glow and outerglow were implemented for logos that have average lightness similar to used skin and thus hardly visible (i.e. light logos on light skins and dark - on dark). Why do you want to have contrask effects if they will be almost invisible? E.G. white glow for dark images and dark skin is ok, but dark glow for light images on same skin?? You won't see it
In your example above you tried to use Cornsilk and FloralWhite as colors for glow - sorry, but i don't see real difference between them when used as glow color.

or adapt it for have Min_value max_value for each line.

Verdict: i can implement 2 settings for glow effects, but for now i can't see any visible necessity to do this. Maybe you can generate some pictures so we can see what do you want to achieve?

P.S. if you try to enable same effect several times (i.e. have several lines with same effect name) then only last one will be used.

for have the grabbed logos inside %temp% folder, and ask user if want overwritten existing files (only if new logos are downloaded from other package ).

test version attached - logos are saved locally in subfolders with package names (e.g. d:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\LogoManager\Sources\tv\Deutsche Pack\ )

but one of these colors will be invisible on either dark or light design. Don't forget - we have only one color for background! or do you want to have backgrounds in design half-light - half-dark?

for me, i test every thing in simple design it's the better for me, but this feature can be cool .

yes. Exactly the same settings, just applied 2 times: 1st - for values from 1st config entry, and then - from second.
