Long Delay (30-40s) for starting live tv with cyberlink pdvd9 (1 Viewer)

I should confirm solution with older catalyst.

I tried several versions:

9.7 - haven't yet drivers for HD 4200
9.8 - works good - without delay after resume from S3
9.9 - works bad - delay after resume from S3
9.10 - works bad - tried by gonzo21
9.11 - I didn't test
9.12 - works bad - delay after resume from S3

tried 9.12 yesterday ... had no success with it. I need to wait for more than 2 minutes till tv starts after S3/S4! so I reverted back to 9.5 ... those ati-guys seem to be a little strange people concerning fixing and creating bugs :-/

I have tried several versions of ATI.

I've settled for 9.8 - which seems to work best (DXVA works), but you do have the annoying issue where the Overscan options/screen disappears - so you can not resize your screen.

I have this problem too... TV starts 1 time of 3 maybe. The other times I only get audio, no video, and the logentry TSReaderPlayer: waiting for vmr9 connection

Do you have a link where I can find some older drivers. 9.8 maybe, since it seems to work good. I have a radeon 4550.
