Looking for a program to.. (1 Viewer)

Im running a single seat config of tve3 and mp 2.3. My machine is a core 2 duo with 2 gigs of ram. Im looking for a setup that would take my recordings, cut the commercials and encode to maybe xvid. Im hoping that this would be an automated type thing so it would do it all without me telling it to do so.

Now i thought fabrice's plugin did do everything, once setup automatically.

or do you mean the equivalent of mcebuddy, which runs outside MP\MCE, ps this only works for dvr-ms files.

When you can start comskip automatically you can maybe change it to start a batch file that first runs comskip and the runs mencoder.
Comskip can generate a .edl file and mencoder can take this when encoding to xvid in order to cut out the commercials while encoding.

You also can have a look at programs call "comskip monitor" or "comcut"

I can confirm what Erik suggested above, that the ComSkip launcher plugin can be directed to launch anything. So making a simple batch to do this would be the easiest way.
