I have now figured out some things that should help others with integrated graphics card:
1. resolution - lowering resolution seems to dramatically improve performance. And since machine don't even remotely plays HD content, there is no real reason to keep TV highest resolution, so i'm completely fine with 800x600.
2. GMA bootster - application that can overclock intel integrated cards. It claims that it can double performance.
After these two tweaks i get decent performance in the menu. When i skip video, change aspect ratio or do anything other "in-video", video plays in slow motion for few seconds. Also motion pictures menu have input lag (you press key, it switches after 1 second).
So conclusion: definitely significant improvement, but still not even near as fast as xbmc. Still waiting for MP2.
