Since the last "Patch Tuesday" I've been unable to watch Channel Nine, GO and Gem. I just get the following message "Unable to play: live2-0.ts.buffer" I think from memory I was watching Channel Nine and it just froze. After a restart it wouldn't tune. All other channels are fine.

Steps to attempt to resolve
1. Upgraded to 1.1.3
2. Deleted MP installation and reinstalled 1.1.1.0 (This has previously fixed any issues I've had with MP)
3. Uninstalled almost all of the patch Tuesday updates - I can't identify all of them. Turned off Auto update so they wouldn't reinstall.

Any ideas? I can't see any obvious errors in the logs.

Cheers
Russ

    Hi Russ

I see errors, and they don't look like the issues in the other thread:

Further, there are a lot of video continuity errors in your TsReader log...

I'm not the best with TsReader errors - more of a TV Server specialist - but I'd suggest that Microsoft updates may have borked your DirectX or VC++ redistributable installs. You might want to try reinstalling the VC++ 2008 and 2010 redistributables...
