I do not have part of the location: \TuningParameters\dvbt\

There is no TuningParameters folder.

Sorry, Program Data, not Program Files.

The folder may be hidden.

Can't find folder called Program Data........Have enabled view hidden files.Im using Win XP professional.

Think ProgramData is a >= Windows Vista OS folder.. Maybe 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\'? Or search for the file

elliottmc What program did you use to edit the waltham.xml file?
Would be handy to know because there are more changes ahead.

They are just text files. Open them with Notepad, wordpad etc. Personally my editor of choice is Notepad++.
