Its seems that I have lost audio in my videos which contain mpeg audio. Same is true for mp3 audio files as well. AC3 and DTS audio works fine in videos. When playing videos (or audio files) in VLC everything seems fine. I am using spdif to my receiver. I have not made any changes to my settings. Any help would be great

After a day and a half of messing with the settings of ffdshow and AC3Filter, I ended up uninstalling an reinstalling my sound card's drivers and and through the miracle that is reinstall, everything seems to be working again. I don't know what caused the problem in the first place, I don't know if it will happen again, I do hope my info helps someone who is unfortunate enough the experience the same issue I had.
