Lots of unknown Channels after new scan (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Kabel Deutschland (KDG) change a lot on their channel frequencyies so i had to do a new scan. Now i have about 20-30 channels which have no channel name but "unknow..." as channelname. So i have no idea what kind of channel i have behind those cryptical names.

Is their a new xml file for KDG. Preview function in TV server config also does not work and i case it would, the reponse for those channels which dont work e.g. encryption reasons is about 10-15 seconds so it would soooooooo long to try all those "unknown channels" to find out their real names.

So what can i do here to have my real channel names?

Hi Henric

I expect that the unknown channels are not real channels. The only way to know is to test them though. You can reduce the 15 seconds by reducing the "wait for timeshifting file" and "wait for unscrambled signal" settings described in the wiki:
