loudness problem with ffdshow playin (2 Viewers)

Hi,
i have a problem with my ffdshow codec configuration:
with this codec, it's the only way to get AC3 sound to my external receiver (pass through) when watching a DVD.
But i can't increase or decrease the volume in MP (0.2.3 RC1). It's only possible using my receiver.
bug or any suggestions to solve this problem?

Link the volume buttons on your remote to control your receiver, that is the idea of pass through.
