Low Profile (PCI) TV Tuner card need help finding. (1 Viewer)

Windows Version: Windows 7
CPU Type: Core 2 Duo
HDD: 250gb

I am looking for a Low Profile (PCI not PCIe) TV Tuner Card that will accept input from external set top box like Virgin.

Or a USB that would do same that works with Mediaportal.

I am hoping some can help me find one.
