    Hmm!
I have been trying out the v319 (copied into v317) plus the modified Madvr files from @daWooky along with the latest LAV nightly (70.2.66) and ran into problems with some TV channels freezing video, audio continued, pressing stop halted the audio and went to hung black screen which I could only get out of with Task Manager. The problem channels are those from the provider MEDIA BROADCAST which for me are just the home shopping and religious ones, so no great loss but was curious as to what the problem is, changed the hardware decoder in Lav from Nvidia cuvid to DXAV2 copy-back and the problem channels now play. So sems like Cuvid is not the preference I was hoping for:(, not sure if anyone wants to investigate further but logs are available, just let me know.

Did older madVR version does the same ?
I think i was able to reproduce it too when using D3D11 in LAV Video decoder, using back DXVA (copy back) was ok :)
But i didn't test if it's related to latest madVR or LAV :)

For nVIDIA Cards simply use DXVA2 native.. it works perfect on all resolutions and all codecs on my system. Still have no problems with LAV nighly + mad 0.92.1 + FIX +MP (317+319)
