yup i use apptocopyinfo.exe which does the same thing. if i do music as well will prob integrate it all together into 1 util.

Is there a way to specify the database- and Thumb-folders? Mine aren't placed in standard-Folder.

No sorry. You could tempoarily move/copy files to original location, the file size is only a 100mb or so.

The program uses windows %programdata% environment variable.

@kiwijunglist, anyway for your program to read the MediaPortalDirs.xml file first?

Yes it's possible in the future if I ever get time I will make it so you choose the thumbs + database if it is not "findable" using windows environment variables.
