[Mantis 2951] Renderer use always 1st screen for set Framerate (1 Viewer)

Tested version : Combined for 1.4 (17/03/2013)
i think is an bug we know, but i don't have found thread about !
Refresh rate is always set (based) on 1st Screen (1080p 50hz) & MediaPortal is displayed on 2nd (1403x791 Windowed mode)

Steps to Reproduce:
Start MP,
move Mp on 2nd screen and start video.

Edit :
01/04/2013 : related to Mantis : 0002951: dshowhelper.dll uses first monitor to calculate freqs instead of the active one

@Sebastiii : maybe this can be set for you ( as you modify Refreshrate changer)

Yes known, and there is some Mantis about it or related to it. Will be revisited when dealing with better multi-display support in general. It also requires that the RR settings can be per connected display as well and some other stuff. It is on my road map for overhauling the RR changer.

only found is : 0004083: Enhance the Dynamic Refresh Rate Changer

You have to select USe selector screen in config :

Like it will refresh on the selected screen
