mapping remote (1 Viewer)

I cant understand how to map the remote.


I want to make the BACKSPACE button go BACK in mediaportal.

I have it setup for MCE remote. (and i use a harmony 1000i) everything works but the back button?

when i try and map i see the section KEY but its greyed out?
