OK, here is the patch.

- New 3 files wich are in .rar archive should be added in \TVEngine3\TVLibrary\SetupTv\Sections\ folder.

Added ScanSettings.Designer.cs.patch, ScanSettings.cs.patch
Updated New Files.rar
Edit2 :
Updated TvRecording.Designer.cs.patch for overlap.

To do that you have to:

1. Manually right click on new files -> TortoiseSvn -> Add
2. Select the root of the project ( Mediaportal or TVLibrary) and do a create patch from there

Well, I had no specific idea for this part cause, both solutions seems correct.
I thougth about a new EPG section, with the 3 screenshots posted before as tabs, no more in the first shoot.
Design could also evolve a bit later, why not ?
Also a link in xmltv plugin, if you want, because you wrote about it.
But I will not make it if you prefer the actual EPG config. (Even if it is only simple Open Source code, I don't like working for nothing ).

Since we talk about design :
IMHO, changes design could be focused first on plugins section.
This section in TVE3, is less beautiful and useful than in MP configuration (No icon, need to click to activate, then, need to go in another Form, etc).
It doesn't engage very much for dev some TVE3 plugins, finally.

Also, in general, MP config forms are a bit sad.
Some icons could be added, for a better look and, I'm sure there are many skillled guys here, who could be able to provide some icons/png to be integrated into differents config Forms.
To illustrate what I mean please, take a look inside WebEPGfr plugin (icon clock when planified task, and so on).

Well, I will do it if it is absolutely needed but :
1/ It's a bit annoying for me because, I have to revert my others own MP modifications before, for creating a correct patch, with only this timeshifting part changes.
2/ Since windsurfing is better than surfing inside MP code and also, I'm far from my PCs, such patch will not be available before 2 weeks.
