MCE: Arrows and OK not working in MP 1.3 (1 Viewer)

Hi,
fresh install of MP 1.3 on Win7 64bit for a new system
I have an original MCE which works fine on my current system but not on the new system.
All keys except arrows an OK are working. A crosscheck with EventGhost shows also recoginition of OK and arrows.
Why not in MP. Any ideas?
