I am using a MCE remote with Mediaportal. All buttons work except in certain situaitons where I cant get out to the previous menu. I have tried all buttons to no effect. I have to use the keyboard and "esc" back to previous menu.

So say when Im in settings/myTV I cant get back out from that menu to the settings menu. I have pushed the back button and/or pushed the up button (to try to get the menu accross the top to come up but it doesnt). In the end I have to "esc" with the keyboard.

Also when I am watching myTV in full screen I can pull up the channel menu but I cant get back to the myTV menu. Tried all buttons but nothing works.

    Please help.

No go. Back button still didnt take me back a menu. Checked to see if the button works via a test function and yes it does.

Checked its mapping and yes it is set up correctly.

No dont believe it is. I can see it working via the testing software (that came with Dvico Fusion). I push it , it shows it being pushed on the screen. All other buttons work as well.

I do have a config problem where I cant save the config.

    Issue discussed here..

Maybe just maybe the problem is related (but doubt it).

    Hi,
Had the same problem, fixed it
Go to Configure Settings- Set Up Wizard
Then Choose what remote your using.
    Worked a treat for me.
