Has anyone made a Welcome screen yet? I really want one that looks identical to the MCE skin?

I am happy to piece it together - just need some help making the images for it.

Hi all!

I did everything what the mentioned "How to" said, but I still get a standard windows screen between the bootscreen and the modified desktop.
I use the German version of XP. It says "Benutzereinstellungen werden geladen". In English it would mean something like "Loading user settings" or something like that.

How do I get rid off this screen?
