Hello,

I have updated to latest version 0.7.2 and i wanted to make a fresh clean database import so i deleted my database file as well as my images.

Now that i run the movie importer i get 0 matches for all of my video files expect a very few ones like 3-4 out of 300.
If i click on the manually assigned files the correct title and year is matched there and if i just click OK button the movie will get the exact match.

This is the first time i have this problem it used to run just fine and i haven't made any changes to my PC or my Setup other than delete the movingpictures database.

All my movies all located on a network share but that used to be the case before as well.
Only change i make to my config is the size of the sample file i increase it from 150 to 450 however i run the movie importer with no changes at all and still have the same problem.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

it appears as if imdb itself is the culprit.
But it is my best guess (the suggestion ;) )that it is that.

But this used to work prior my update to 0.7.2. Anyway i don't think 0.7.2 is the immediate problem here because this is what i did.

- I have also test this on another test PC using version 0.7.1 that i am using at the moment and it works perfectly fine.
- I have also deleted my database on this test pc and run it again using 0.7.1 and it worked perfectly fine.
- I have also updated to version 0.7.2 deleted all my Moving Pictures Files including db, backdrops and covearts and it worked perfectly fine.

- I have even installed version 0.6.6 but still get the same errors in the log file.

Whatever happened it happened when i deleted my database and installed the new 0.7.2 version. It probably broke up something up.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you post a screen shot of your list of Movie Details Data Sources from the configuration screen? Specifically I am looking for which version of the IMDb script you are using.

Yes i am using IMDB Script version 1.1.5

Here is the screenshot.

I have also run this from my Vista machine with version 0.7.2/ IMDB Script version 1.1.4 and it works just fine.

It is strange

That's very odd. So you have another 0.7.2 installation you just built from scratch and it's working correctly?

Based on your logs it just looks like IMDb is timing out. Have you tried rerunning the import process again recently (after you confirmed it was working on your other system)? Maybe IMDb was down or responding too slowly for a while?
