Media Portal and Igor Plugin Question (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: now RC3
MediaPortal Skin: now Blue3
Windows Version: XP Pro
CPU Type: AMD 3700+
Remote: IR-Receiver on COM Port with Terratec Remote.

Hi,
im currently using Girder with the "Igor SFH-56 device"-Plugin for MP.
But while watching TV MediaPortal wont recognize the input of the Remote. After pressing the button more than one time MP effects the command. If i dont watch any TV or any Video it works fine.
Thats why i thought to use the Igor Plugin direkt in MediaPortal, but i dont know if this is possible.
I tried to configurate the SerialUIRT, but i dont know how i should do that because the Signals of the Remote are always differtent. At least SerialWatcher is showing me no logic in the Signals, not with the Parameters i could change. How do i found the right configuration for my Remote and my IR-Receiver?
Im using the IR-Reciever from Infrarot-Empfänger mit Einschalter.

Any Suggestions?

Now i tried using winlirc.
The Problem is now, that winlirc dont respont when TV is on. While watching DVD everythings fine.

Any suggestions?
