Media Portal Backup (1 Viewer)

Looking for a utility or tool that would backup Media Portal, TV Server, Channels, Web EPG, Shows set to record, etc. Is there such a tool? I am looking to format and load windows 8 and it would be SOOO GREAT to have this backed up... I use Web EPG with US (IMDB_xml file found here) to get my EPG (Which it does flawlessly!).

Well TV Server configuration has built in import/export functions. There's also a plugin called BackupSettings
