RC2 was very stable with respect to standby / resume. Or wait until 1.0 Final comes out - should be fixed then.

That's a pity...going away for Christmas and I was hoping to rely on MP for my TV recording!

Hopefully these issues will be fixed in 1.0.

You might still get your xmas wish..... 1.0 final could be out real soon. Roadmap currently shows just one more issue to resolve.

Hmmm...I hope it fixes the problem whereby my Nova-T-500 only records one channel at a time (which I only discovered last night)...

I'll do some research later, to see if anyone else has reported a problem with that card.

Mine can record multiple shows at the same time, across multiple providers.
(Up to date XP, CR4, Nova t500HD, amd64x2, 1.5GRam)

However my mediaportal crashes every night without going to standby. The compuer is not using much power so I don't really care about it running all the time.
The crash picture is what I have on the monitor every morning.
And living in NZ, I also have issues with EPG for TV3.

Is it possible Windows is attempting to turn off the display in the wee small hours and directX is freaking out as a result?
