Media POrtal don´t recognize PlayTV Extreme (pixelview) (2 Viewers)

Somebody has this TV Card ? I really doubt, but if you could help me...I have two doubts

1. - Media Portal could recognize my TV Card ? Because it really works with the program that came included, but when I try to find it in Media Portal configuration, option Capture Cards, I always receive the message "No video captures cards were found". IS there any solution or just give up and buy another (more compatible) card ?

2. - My Cable TV provider is digital with an acess card inserted in decoder. My configuration is Signal from antenna going to the decoder - Decoder Out to TV card. The problem here is I only receive the openned channels. All blocked channels are out. I thought ic could not happen because I pass the signal through the acess card before enter at the TV Card.

I keep waiting answers and hope you make yourself comfortable to ask anything.
