I have recently installed media portal succesfully on a small pc used in the louge for a media center hooked to my TV. The problem is when searching for TV channels it picks up only analoug, would it be possible to pick up digital TV becuase it is built into the TV ( Model : Samsung LE32R7 ). Also I have a MCE remote with the tv card, PVR 150, but the buttons are not working such as Back, resulting in gettin stuck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You need a capture card that has a digital tuner. The PVR 150 is an analog card. You may be able to cature from your TV, if it has audio/video outputs. This would only be captured in standard definition (SD), though.

I can't recommend any cards for your country. I only have experience with the USA's ATSC cards.

There is a section in the Wiki on supported TV cards. Also, here is a thread about it (it's for the beta tvengine3):
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/list_which_cards_supported-t20683.html

Keep in mind, it depends on which version of MP you are using. I use the last stable version 0.2.2.0.

Your system appears to be powerful enough to handle a sofware encoding card, but your video card may not be good enough. I would try it first, before buying a new video card.
