Hello everybody!

I had a problem with my new Hauppauge....The thing is that with the latest drivers, and with also previous versions, when I searchfor channels in the autotune menu from DVB-S media portal configuration, media portal config shut down before it ends searching channels, so I never had channels in memory....

What is the problem???

Hi,

do a search for hotfix! You need to apply hotfix to solve this, look at the MP requirements to find it!

Yes, I´ve found the hotfix and installed it....and it works, now complete the search with near 400...but when I go to channel list there is no channel!!

In TV groups appear:

- Scrambled
- CSAT
- Unscrambled

But I could see no channels in the lists....why???

Now the problem is with all the hotfixes and everything, when I did a search, all the channles appear in update channels, and noone in new channels, so there is no new channels added to the list, and this is not possible, becouse it find more than 400 channels in update, and on the list there are only 100...

Whith the DVBfix, it does not store channels....do you know why?

You might try deleting all the channels first, delete the capturev card from within Mediaportal configuration and then try adding it again and do another scan.

Thank you a lot!!!The thing is that you say to delete the channellist located in databases?and the DVB config in Databases also or where?

The thing is that with the final version no channels are detected...It only detects channels in RC3 and only before installing the DVBfix, but while storing a few channels it crashes......
When you install the the channels only appear as "Update" and no channels are saved (Also if the channellist is empty).

This is very strange...

What should be?
