As long as the TV Server (Win XP) was running the Qnap did not sping down. I then disabled NetBios over TCP/IP for the MP TV server, and then the Qnap spun down as it should.The MP TV server now run Win 7 x64, and does not interfere with the Qnap.Did you try TCPView to see current connections?</blockquote>
