I have reinstalled the plugin, cleared IE7 cache, cleared the cache of Windows Media Player 11, I have MP 0.2.2.0 installed but it still does not start any program from RTL.
If I start a video stream on Uitzendinggemist you get first this green circle before the streams start, but which RTL I do not get the green circle, nothing happens.
What you mean with "latest SVN" ?

Are there any errors reported in the mediaportal log when you try the watch an emission? Could you please post some relevant parts of the log or put it online somewhere?

I see.. this is exactly the problem with the different versions of MP. The Settings class is in a different package for the default 0.2.2 release. I'll release a version that works with the standard 0.2.2 version too, which will probably solve your problems.

indeed it solved my problems for a while but i started today the Uitzendinggemist plugin and the titles of the videos loaded, but when i want to see a video nothing happens anymore..
are there more people who have this problem?

Unfortunately, they changed the code again, so it can't find the URL anymore. Luckily, I found another workaround that should last longer :) I'll try to release a new version tomorrow, if I have the time.
