MediaPortal 1.0 crashes when resuming from standby (1 Viewer)

When ever my media PC comes out of standby, the MediaPortal Test Tool indicates a crash. Inspite of this, MediaPortal successfully restarts. This is not a major problem, but more of an inconvenience, as I need to close the crash pop-up and the test tool every time.

Can some one tell me if this is the same issue that has been resolved in RC2 listed below?

If so, when can one anticipate RC2 being released? I see that all the bugs have been resolved, and it sounds like from the other posts that it could be soon.
