It means MS DTV + ffdshow raw (for post process) are not in a possible combination?

I thought that my previous post was quite clear.

But once more.

If you want to use the MS DTV codec, then you MUST use it for Mpeg2 AND h.264
It is only about these 2 settings

Instead of be waiting to RC1.. thouse of you that know how to compile the svn, you can compile it , test and report any new issue or revert on funcionality ...(I do this everyday) I have already report several bugs that has help the developer to fix the issue that he was fixing...

Instead of waiting for RC1, people should be waiting for the next SVN . We definitely need to build such as for example the TSReader related changes (among some other pretty high risk bug fixes) need wider verification than team only.

What comes to the SVN and building from it, currently it wont reflect the real source base that will be used for the next SVN as the TsReader related changes aren't yet in the main trunk, so testing results could be quite different and it is adviced not to report any tv related issues with self build SVN (this time only).

there are other changes not related to the tsreader. ( I know is in another branche) I was talking about other changes like 2576 2503 and so on that are on the main truck)

anyway nevermain it was just a comment with the idea of contributed and not to disturb.

Tested the new TSReader.ax! HDTV-channels runs fine now!

EDIT: DScaler as MPEG2-decoder is not running anymore.

Probably a really noobish question, but how do I compile according to the latest files in the trunk? I've downloaded them all using TortoiseSVN, the .bat files are there, but when I run them I'm not getting anything useful... how do I get them useful?

Just a short question, without mention to stress, but is there an idea when 1.1RC1 will be ready?

I am using 1.0.2.0 without Problems atm, but i have to reinstall the whole System asap, after conficker-infection and some other crap has playing with my windows accidentially...;-)

Yes, it's clear: you can't say it for sure ;-)) But my question is like... is the work almost done?

If you say "YES", i can wait for it, if then some major problems come up, to delay it again, this will be my destiny and i will never mind about it...

If you say "NO, this will take at least one month to get the code ready plus additional time to bugchecking", i will reinstall the machine over the holidays and updating MP later...

I hope you understanding my reasons to ask for this... for the 1,000,000 times ... lol

And let me say: Great job ya dudes, keep burning... MediaPortal is the biggest thing after the Light-Bulb... Edison will be shamed...;-)

as you and I can see here
the installer is at 91%
mediaportal is at 100%
and the tv-server is at 99%
so you and I can assume
it should not take another year

You need a compiler

You need to load the source into something like Visual Studio and create the DLL files used by MP. There are lots of DLLs which will need compiling.
